Orange and Blue berry cake
Bake on 180°c for 45mins
2 x 8 inch pans

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup butter or baking margarine
1/2 cup vegetable oil
11/2 cups sugar
3 eggs
2 tablespoons vanilla essence
31/2 cups cake flour
4 tspns baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
2 tablespoons orange zest
1 to 2 cups blue berries
