Kada vam se jede nešto slatko a nemate baš puno vremena za pripremu nekih komplikovanih kolača napravite ovaj jednostavan a opet veoma ukusan kolač sa groždjem. Osim što se brzo priprema, veoma je ukusan, sočan i savršeno se slaže uz šoljicu kafe ili čaja. Odličan ukoliko vam se najave neočekivani gosti jer će se za čas posla naći na vašem stolu.
● SASTOJCI ●
120 gr putera ili margarina
180 gr šećera
1 vanilin šećer
2 jajeta
pola kesice praška za pecivo
220 gr brašna
1 prstohvat soli
1 jabuka
130 ml mleka
25 cm pleh
Peći na 180 C 35-40 min (najbolje je pratiti dok lepo ne porumeni)

oko 150 gr groždja
3 supene kašike seckanih oraha
nekoliko kašika šećera
