I am so excited and proud that I put this fitness pole up BY MYSELF ???? It's quite heavy actually lol. But being without a vehicle and yoga classes only 2-3x a week, I needed more & I have a hard time working out at home alone..but THIS is such an amazing workout AND sooo much FUN! What a great way to release oxytocin and serotonin, the body's NATURAL "happy drugs" ????
I haven't felt this level of joy and excitement and confidence in such a long time! The Domestic Violence really effected my mental health and overall well-being...but I'm on the right path again ????
