Tenga, the Japanese company that makes male pleasure aids, does a bi-yearly survey on the trends of snuggle worldwide. God, I hate this whole YouTube thing where you can’t say real words otherwise you will get a content strike. Anyways, Tengu Partnered with Market Research firm PSB Insights, to report trends in pleasure. In their 2021 findings, five thousand people were surveyed and it was found that eighty-six percent of Untitled States adults aged eighteen to fifty-four self-pleasures. That number includes the Asexual and strongly religious people, so the numbers excluding these groups would be higher. Self-Pleasure is just some fun that everyone participates in. Everyone except for me with this sixty-day challenge. That’s right, I am going to No Fap for two entire months. Watch me, no joke, complete the hardest challenge I have done yet.
[Intro]
A few months ago, I did a video on a challenge where I stopped watching adult content for thirty days. I’ll have that linked in the description below. In that video, I talked about how it took me multiple takes to try and complete that challenge. Not watching adult content for thirty days was so hard I had to restart multiple times. Now that I’ve done this challenge, I feel like returning to not watching the old hub is a cakewalk. I could still enjoy myself without watching videos but I can’t even have a single bit of self-release during the entire sixty days. I probably do, you know what, a few times per week. I am a male in his twenties so my drive is at its peak. Despite the reality of the challenge, I was overconfident at the beginning of round 1.
[Day 3 Part 1]
Oh, what a naive child I was. Indeed, I am obviously married to my wife of many years. That means I could not pleasure myself but we could engage in pleasure together. Let me tell you, doing this No Fap increased the frequency of our physical connection but at a cost of the gun shooting off a little early so to speak. Still, that activity provided at least some release while taking on this challenge. Something that I have seen many in the movement not have.
Speaking of, I want to explain this “No Fap” movement. The anti-masturbation movement, trademarked as “NoFap,” is the abstaining from adult content and self-pleasure to deal with dysfunction or adult content addiction. There are websites, videos and even books dedicated to it and a million-plus member Reddit which is where I first came to know of it. A few members of this movement claim that No Relief will increase energy levels, reduce stress, and motivate you to find a life partner. This is due to the myth that abstaining from self-pleasure increase’s testosterone. The myth of course is not true and there is no significant research to prove that abstaining improves testosterone levels. So if I don’t believe in this movement at all… why did I decide to do this No Fap Challenge? Well, I’ll tell you after the first round on day twelve.
[Round 1 Day 12]
So why did I decide to do it… why did I decide to do NoFap? Well, I am a person who loves challenges and trying to do things that not many people have done. Trying to improve oneself through online challenges such as this is why I started this YouTube channel in the first place. From what I read; I think the No Fap movement is harmless but scientifically inaccurate. It’s the male equivalent of sleeping with crystals and gems. As long as it’s not taken to an extreme, it’s harmless. Hearing how hard the NoFap challenge was is why I decided to do it. And what a challenge it was. I go into how hard it was when I failed on day fifteen.
[Round 1 Day 15 failed]
I felt disappointed by failing one of my challenges. It doesn’t often happen, with the main outlier being the No Adult Content challenge. Since it’s so infrequent I decided that this is a challenge that I need to accomplish. If I fail because it’s hard that means I should give it a try. If I can do that dang No Adult Content challenge after failing then I can do this one as well.
Since that no adult content video, I still don’t watch as much adult content as I used to before the challenge. But that doesn’t mean I don’t fap. Using your mind instead of just images allows your brain to go crazy with ideas, man...
