IS YOGA DEMONIC!? Certified Yoga Instructor Tells All

The spiritual discipline of yoga comes from the Upanishad texts within the Vedic scriptures and outlines the merging of one's soul into the God-consciousness aka Brahman. Some forms of yoga, like kundalini yoga, involve allowing a "serpent energy" to coil up your spine to "activate enlightenment." Others involve summoning different Hindu deities. But most yoga, especially in the West, is a lot of mindfulness, stretching, exercise, and relaxation. Although yoga is more than just stretching and exercise, is it really demonic or dangerous like some people believe?
