In this video, I share a recipe that I cook for my beloved grandma. She has diabetes, and I always try to choose the most delicious and healthy dishes for her. These pancakes are quick, without flour and sugar, but at the same time tender and nutritious. such simple, soulful moments as cooking with love. Recipe and ingredients:
Recipe 1
00:00 1/3 banana (40 g).
00:05 1/2 apple (75 g).
01:00 2 egg whites (66 g).
01:11 2 tbsp almond flour (14 g).
01:33 A pinch of cinnamon (optional).
01:35 A little vanilla (optional).
01:55 Grease the pan with a small amount of vegetable oil if necessary.
02:03 Fry for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Directions:
1. Prepare the dough:
• Mash the banana and grate the apple on a fine grater.
• In a bowl, mix the banana puree, grated apple, egg whites and almond flour until smooth.
• Add a pinch of cinnamon and vanilla for flavor (optional).
2. Frying:
• Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
• Grease the pan with a small amount of vegetable oil if necessary.
• Roll out the dough, forming small pancakes, and fry for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Calories:
• Total calories per serving: 207.82 kcal
• Suitable for 3-4 pancakes per person.
