The naked news for 2023 is that naked fitness and naked yoga are enjoyed by many people around the world with naked yoga classes being found in Paris, London, Hastings, Madrid, Barcelona, Brussels, Zurich, Munich, Sidney, Auckland, and over 40 naked yoga classes in America.

The origins of yoga date back some 2800 years BC from India and the first recorded account of naked yoga was 400 years BC when Alexander the Great invaded India. Now if yoga itself originates from India then it might be feasible that naked yoga has been around for nearly 5000 years.

Why do naked yoga? Well, I guess the first reason is for the nudist community to enjoy another social event naked, so doing naked yoga gives them another opportunity to get naked.

The second reason for doing a naked yoga class is for the health benefits, it's been established that doing a naked yoga class can help those suffering from body dysmorphia.

Body Dysmorphia is a condition where the individual does not appreciate or love their body and its been established that taking part in a naked yoga class can overcome the condition.

I would like to add that naked yoga classes are performed in a safe and secure environment, everyone taking part in the naked yoga class stays on their yoga mats, everyone taking part has to be naked and normally the naked yoga class is performed in near dark conditions and most importantly no touchy - touchy going on.
