There is one item that you always throw in the garbage can but will never do it again in the future. In this video, I'll show you why and what you should do with it instead.

Because it's the cap on these oil bottles. Instead of throwing it in the garbage can after pulling it out, you should put it in the bottle the wrong way round.

This should leave only a small part of the opening free. This makes it much easier to measure out the oil when you pour it into the pan. So this is a small but ingenious life hack.
