●Egg - 5-6 pcs
●Water -1000 ml
●Salt - 1 tsp
●Green onions - 10 g
1. Break the eggs into a deep bowl
2. Add 1 teaspoon of salt
3. Mix well with a fork or whisk
4. Heat the frying pan, add water, bring almost to a boil and pour in the mixture. Reduce the heat when the mixture begins to boil.
5. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Using a spatula or spoon, move parts of the omelette to the middle of the frying pan.
6. The omelette is ready! Transfer the portion to a plate using a sieve, and garnish with green onions if desired.
