PRODUCTS:
kefir -250ml
egg-1pc
sugar-3tbsp
salt-1/2tsp
flour-230g
Baking powder-1/2tsp
Whisk the eggs, add salt, sugar, vanillin (optional). Add kefir (sour milk, liquid yogurt). Stir. Add flour, mix everything thoroughly. You will get a fairly thick dough. At the very end, add soda, mix. After you have added soda, do not mix the dough anymore. Let it stand for 10 minutes and you can bake fluffy pancakes in any oil (or fat) that you like over moderate heat.
The pancakes are fluffy and delicious.
