In this video, I will begin by doing a "wide legged forward bend" pose. This will stretch your legs. Next, I will do the "warrior II" pose. This will maximize and strengthen your balance and base. From there, I will do the "standing forward bend" pose. This will strengthen your legs and back. The last part of the exercise routine, I will do a "forward fold II" pose. This will improve your balance as well as stretch your legs and back.
