It’s been almost a year since the tragedy struck at Travis Scott’s Astroworld Festival, and no, I’m not talking about the event in Fortnite. But, probably, there are some of you out there who have completely forgotten about what truly happened on November 5th, 2021 and that is completely normal to forget about tragedies. Us as a society are numb to horrific events, where unfortunately they have become normalized with the power of social media, and we tend to forget and stop caring after a few months, or, for many days, but most likely, when it isn’t shown in our phone anymore or not constantly talked about on the news. The cycle is, something bad happens, we take time to acknowledge and pray, wish and try to reform, then we forget, then that forgetfulness leads us back into the cycle.
