Welcome to the world of naked yoga in which girls enjoy doing a naked yoga class more frequently than you might have first thought as the new yoga craze for 2024 is naked yoga.

Why do naked yoga in 2024? Well in fact naked yoga was not started in 2024 but has been around for thousands of years.

In the Naked Yoga documentary, I discuss the history and origins of yoga and how naked yoga has become more popular around the world and indeed shares the same roots and origins of yoga itself!

The origins of yoga come from India some 2800 years BC while the first recorded naked yoga was recorded 400 years BC also in India, maybe naked yoga has been around from the very start, so maybe naked yoga has been around for nearly 5000 years!

Why do naked yoga?

When first practised, yoga was all about meditation, and Indian monks performed naked yoga to feel closer to nature and reach spiritual enlightenment.

Now move forward to 2024 people are still practicing naked yoga to feel closer to nature but there are also two other reasons why people are doing naked yoga.

Firstly there is the nudist community and by doing naked yoga it gives them another social event to enjoy naked.

The second reason why some choose to do a naked yoga class in 2024 is for medical reasons, its been established that those people suffering from body dysmorphia a condition where people do not like their own bodies, by doing a naked yoga class its been found to overcome the condition of body dysmorphia. People start to appreciate and like their own bodies.

So where can you find a naked yoga class? It might surprise you but you can find naked yoga classes being performed in 11 countries and 44 cities around the world - plus who knows how many men and women are enjoying naked yoga in the privacy of their own homes or gardens?
