Trying to close a DEAL while helping out a little old lady in need - Video

If you’re running your business correctly, making money and operating ethically are NOT at odds with each other ????

For every moral operator in real estate, there are 10 sharks who move aggressively to get properties under contract…

But a quick buck is not worth your ethics or your integrity. I learned that the hard way when I first got started ????

That’s why our company motto is always PEOPLE OVER PROFITS.

In this situation, I met a woman who’s home was in disrepair and she needed to be able to sell it as-is in order to cash out…

But she asked me to cap the amount of money I could make on the deal so she could make more!

Typically, as-is sales end once the property is sold to the investor. But I spent so much time with this woman I knew her heart and wanted to try my best to bless her…

SO I called an operator in my area that takes on big renovations like this one, but I also knew was a HIGHLY ethical man

And he agreed to these terms. It’s a win win win for all parties involved ????❤️
