When I have 1 APPLE and some FLOUR I make this delicious cake | Preparation in 10 minutes. With this recipe, you can't go wrong. INGREDIENTS:
-3 eggs
-150g sugar
-vanilla
-70ml melted butter
-125g cottage cheese or yoghurt
-230g of cake flour
-10g baking powder
-cinamon
-2 apples

*Bake it at 180C (356F) for about 30-40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Don't open the oven for the first 30 minutes to avoid sinking in the middle.
