If there is one food from the Philippines that is so amazing and gives me great memories it is definitely this one! I WILL SHARE WITH YOU 5 REASONS WHY I FIND THIS FOOD AMAZING! It can be made as baboy version as well as an isda version....so sarap naman! I wish I could enjoy this food in the Philippines again soon!

ingredients:
water
tomatoes
onions
sinigang mix
salmon head (ulo ng salmon)
salmon belly
okra
talong (egg plant)
labanos (white radish)
kangkong but today I use a substitiute called ''po choy''
green chili's (siling haba)
string beans (sitaw)
patis (fish sauce)

Todays version is special and uses ulo ng salmon and salmon belly!
Where's the rice? Off course I made sure to prepare the rice first!! :)
