We begin by settling into the practice with Downward Dog. Let your hands root into the earth, lifting your hips high and stretching your back. This pose sets the tone, grounding us and inviting balance into our flow.

Shift your weight gently from side to side, exploring the connection between your feet and the mat. Feel the strength in your legs and the subtle adjustments in your body as you find stability.

Moving into plank position, we add alternating leg lifts. Engage your core as you lift one leg, then the other, staying mindful of your alignment. Your shoulders should stack over your wrists, creating a strong, steady base.

From Downward Dog, we transition gracefully into standing positions, focusing on the rhythm of your breath. Inhale to lengthen, exhale to release. These movements stretch your hamstrings and open your body for deeper exploration.

Let’s rise into standing poses like Chair Pose, where we challenge our balance and strength. Add gentle back bending to open your heart and release tension. We end by grounding ourselves, bringing awareness back to the breath, and sealing the practice with gratitude.
