The girls who have said they enjoy doing naked yoga tend to enjoy naked yoga in the privacy of their own homes or gardens.

Naked yoga has become the new yoga craze for 2024, and more and more people around the world are starting naked yoga classes.

Why do naked yoga? Well I guess there are two main reasons why someone would do a naked yoga class firstly there is the nudest community and by taking part in a naked yoga class it gives them another opportunity to enjoy a social gathering naked.

The second reason is for health benefits, its been established that for those suffering from body dysmorphia a condition where individuals simply don't like their own bodies, by taking part in a naked yoga class can create confidence and help overcome the condition.

So those are the reasons why people are doing naked yoga in 2024 but how old is naked yoga?

You might be surprised but naked yoga could be as old as yoga itself nearly 5000 years old. Yoga itself originates in India some 2800 years BC - the first recorded naked yoga was documented also in India some 400 years BC.

Now at the time yoga was not done for exercise but for meditation and spiritual enlightenment, by performing the yoga naked it was said to bring you closer to nature and easier to reach enlightenment so perhaps when yoga started they were also doing it naked.
