No Fap Cold Showers 30 Days (Changed My Life) - Video

Today I challenged myself to go through one of the most necessary self improving challenges. No fap and cold showers for 30 days. Working out, cold showers, and no fap reminded me how lucky I really was and I felt much more confident. I recommend trying to stick to this routine for life. It’s the best thing to try for anyone.
