5 different weekly topics and recipes perfect for Autumn. ????????
Along with this, we also aim to reach a step target of 350,000 steps over 5 weeks. Which is 10,000 per day as recommended by the W.H.O. If you can't get 10,000 steps a day you can catch up on the weekends or other days. ???? ????♀️
