How do I slow down? How do I stop thinking so much? I'm constantly stressed and don't know how to be present. -- These are the comments I read. I get it. In this casual after work yoga class workshop we’re going to slow down together.

We're transitioning from a busy day into our personal relaxation and playtime. We're unwinding, decompressing and reconnecting with our bodies. Listen to the sounds around you. Touch your own body, your skin. Look at yourself and breathe. This is how you access peace in the presence of your own being.

This class is interactive and appropriate for beginners. I also explain modifications for very inflexible, injured or large bodies. This class will also give you ideas for how to incorporate a block or pillow into your after work relaxation routine. I recommend doing these poses right after work and/or before bed. The slow breathing will help you let go of whatever is distracting and bothering you in the mind and help you come into your body and enjoy this real moment in time.
