This is an easy recipe for 3-Cheese Gluten Free Biscuit to enjoy whenever you want. Use them as a biscuit with eggs for breakfast. Or, add have them with my savory soup (see the link below) to enjoy at lunch. Or, at dinner… with salad … or as a perfect snack all by itself!

This simple, quick recipe is keto friendly, and fully gluten free!

3-Cheese Gluten Free Biscuits Ingredients

2 Eggs
½ Cup Greek Yogurt
¼ Cup Melted Salted Butter
1½ Cups Almond Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
½ tsp Garlic Powder
½ tsp Onion Powder
½ tsp Your Favorite Seasoning Blend
½ Cup Organic Shredded 3 Cheese Blend

Instructions for 3-Cheese Gluten Free Biscuits

1. Mix 2 eggs with ½ Cup Greek Yogurt.
2. Add in ¼ Cup Melted Salted Butter, mix well.
3. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
4. Preheat the oven to 450° F (230° C).
5. Scoop the dough for the 3-cheese Gluten Free Biscuits into silicon baking cups. Do not fill the cup all the way.
6. Sprinkle the cheese roll with shredded cheese on top.
7. Bake the 3 cheese Gluten Free Biscuits at 450°F (230° C) for 10-12 minutes until the top is golden brown
8. Allow to cool.
