Really excited to present this flourless crumbed chicken recipe as I have not yet seen one where flour or pork rinds is not used. I adapted my Keto Cornflakes recipe to make the ‘crumbs’. My hubby ate it slowly and thoughtfully…then went for seconds…slow chewing again…then said he thought it was the best he had ever tasted.

500g Chicken Breast, Sliced
